Peter Sheehan
Peter Sheehan is Founding Director of the Centre for Strategic Economic Studies at Victoria University in Melbourne (since 1993). A central focus of his research work is the intersection between the new global growth path, driven in part by the rise of China and India, and climate change, together with the economic, technological and industrial issues involved in responding to global warming. He was an adviser to the Garnaut Climate Change Review and participant in the IPCC Experts Meeting on Climate Scenarios (September 2007) and the International Energy Agency’s Experts Workshop for the preparation of the World Energy Outlook 2008 (April 2008, Copenhagen). He has just finalized a project funded by the Australian Department of Climate Change entitled Implementation Issues f0or More Sustainable Energy Use in China: Economic Structure and the Application of New Technologies, which was undertaken in conjunction with the Energy Research Institute (National Development and Reform Commission, China).

Jeff Snyder
Jeff chairs the International Trade Practice at Crowell & Moring LLP in Washington, DC, and serves as a co-vice Chair of the IPBA International Trade Committee (2008-2010).
