Andrew Chan
Andrew Chan is a Partner in Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Deputy Head of the Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group. His practice encompasses commercial work, and he is a specialist in dispute resolution (especially arbitration), trusts, and insolvency (corporate and personal), in particular schemes of arrangement and compromise (cross-border and domestic) where he has advised on and structured schemes involving major corporations. In arbitration, he has acted as counsel, been appointed arbitrator and appointed to give expert evidence on Singapore law. He has also given expert evidence for use in a foreign court.

Andrew is a Fellow and Council member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (as well as being on its panel of tutors and is also on the panels of arbitrators of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Law Society Arbitration Scheme and the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators. He is also Chairman of the Insolvency Committee of Law Society, Deputy Chairman, Director and Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Singapore and Director of the newly incorporated American Arbitration Association Pte Ltd. In addition, he is a member of both the main and working committees looking into proposed changes to Singapore’s insolvency legislation through the creation of an omnibus Insolvency Act for Singapore.
Andrew has written over 60 articles covering many areas of the law and has contributed to various publications. Chen Zhen

Ms. Chen specializes in foreign investment, banking and financing, M&A and general corporate work.
Ms. Chen has extensive experience in energy, mining, automobile, retail, real estate, technology and IP projects. She has advised on various aspects of, and negotiated complicated legal documents in connection with, such projects. She has also assisted many domestic and international clients from different industries in IPOs, venture capital financing and acquisitions. Ms. Chen’s clients include many major domestic corporations and Fortune 500 companies.

Woo Young Choi
